I’m biased because part of my family emigrated to the US (Buffalo, NY) from Ukraine, and I consider Hašek not only the greatest Sabres player of all time, but the greatest goalie of all time.
I’m not a “shut up and play sports” person, as I believe everyone’s views are equally valuable. However, I take with a large grain of salt what people who are not in the profession of geopolitical or military studies say, as their opinions are often based on whomever speaks the loudest. Not so with Hašek – as someone who grew up under Soviet Union control, he speaks from experience and shares his passion.
